How do I use Neuronal Defense™?
Using Neuronal Defense™ is simple and stress-free for both you and your dog. It’s an odorless, clear liquid that can be easily added to your dog’s water bowl.
For best results:

- Mix the correct amount of SoluPet Neuronal Defense™ into a cup with the recommended amount of water for your dog’s size and administer to your dog’s water bowl once a day. A measuring cup is included with every bottle of Neuronal Defense™.

Primarily, PTS acts as an intelligent delivery system. As a unique, water-soluble form of Vitamin E, it encapsulates CoQ10 and ensures that this vital nutrient is readily absorbed into your dog’s bloodstream for optimal delivery to the brain.
Once its delivery role is complete, PTS then metabolizes into pure, active Vitamin E. This allows it to work synergistically with the CoQ10 it has transported, helping to protect brain cells and support cognitive function.

What is CoQ10, and how does it work?

Neuronal Defense is currently in the manufacturing stages and will be available in December 2025. Once your order is placed, you will be placed in our priority queue and will be contacted when your order has been shipped.

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 2-5 business days.

We currently ship across the United States, with the exception of North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Wyoming.

Are payments made through your website secure?
Payments through the SoluPet website are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once your order is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return my order?
Returns are not available. We do, however, offer refunds - please see our Refund Policy below.
What is your Refund Policy?
You have 14 days from the day of delivery to apply for a refund. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged during the manufacturing or shipping process. Photographic evidence of any damage may be requested by SoluPet before any refund can be issued.
Non-refundable items
If the product you ordered is not damaged upon arrival, a refund will not be issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not part of our refund policy. If you need a different size bottle, please adjust your next order. Please note that you can still use your ordered product regardless of bottle size.
