RETURNS
We do not offer returns on purchases of Neuronal DefenseTM. If you would prefer a different bottle size, you will need to place a new order. Please note that bottle sizes differ only in volume; the formulation is identical.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges on purchases of Neuronal DefenseTM. If you would prefer a different bottle size, you will need to place a new order. Please note that bottle sizes differ only in volume; the formulation is identical.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only available if your order arrives damaged or defective due to the manufacturing or shipping process. To request a refund, you must:
- Submit your request within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect if requested.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact us at hello@solupetsupplements.com.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Products that are not damaged or defective on arrival.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchased through a subscription, you may cancel future shipments before we charge your card for a new month’s supply, via your account or by contacting us. Refunds will only be issued for the most recent shipment if it arrives damaged or defective.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including U.S. state laws or Canadian law).
